Recognition

Ratings, with their criteria attached.

Every listing on this page comes with who published it and what it measured, because a rating without its criteria is not information.

Why this page exists separately

Third-party ratings are treated as endorsements under the rules that govern adviser advertising. That means a listing cannot be displayed as a decorative badge; it has to come with who published it, what it measured, and what period it covers.

That rule produces a better page anyway. A logo tells you nothing. The criteria tell you whether the recognition means anything to you specifically.

WealthManagement.com Ten to Watch, 2025

An annual editorial listing published by WealthManagement.com identifying people the publication expects to influence the wealth management industry in the year ahead. I was included in the 2025 list.

It is an editorial selection rather than a quantitative ranking. It is not based on investment performance, client outcomes, or any measurement of client satisfaction.

America’s Best TAMPs, 2024

UX Wealth Partners was included in a 2024 America’s Best TAMPs listing recognising turnkey asset management platforms.

As with any industry listing, inclusion reflects the publisher’s own methodology rather than an evaluation of results for any particular advisory firm or client.

A rating without its criteria is decoration. With its criteria it is at least a claim you can argue with.

What none of this means

No recognition on this page is an indication of future performance, a guarantee of any result, or evidence that any client experienced a particular outcome. No client provided a testimonial in connection with any of them.

Substantiation

Where the full published criteria or any question of compensation for consideration are not yet documented on this page, that is noted rather than glossed. Those details are being confirmed with each publisher and this page will be updated to state them precisely.
