kylewiggs.com is the personal site of Kyle Wiggs. It is published in a personal capacity. It is not the website of any of the companies described on it, and it does not speak for them.

Affiliations and conflicts of interest

Kyle Wiggs holds ownership interests in all four companies described on this site: UX Wealth Partners, riskDNA AI, THOR Financial Technologies, and a majority interest in Civly. He serves as co-founder, president, and chief executive of UX Wealth Partners.

The UX Wealth Partners platform uses THOR model portfolios and riskDNA analytics. These are affiliated relationships. An advisor or investor evaluating any of these businesses should understand that they are related parties and that Kyle Wiggs benefits economically from the use of each.

UX Wealth Partners is paid by the asset managers whose strategies are available on its platform. That is a conflict of interest: the platform earns from the firms whose products an advisor can select on it. Advisors choose from hundreds of models and are not required to use THOR strategies.

Brad Roth, THOR’s chief investment officer, has also served as chief investment officer of UX Wealth Partners since April 2025. And riskDNA AI is free to advisors and funded by asset managers, who in return receive advisor-level data, and aggregated client data, on how advisors on riskDNA use and position their strategies, and whose products are among those it covers. That funding is a conflict of interest.

Kyle Wiggs co-founded Civly and holds a majority ownership interest in it. Civly is not a financial services business and shares no customers, technology, or regulatory perimeter with the other three.

Registration

Kyle Wiggs is an investment advisor representative of UX Wealth Partners LLC, an investment advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC file number 801-118833, firm CRD 308983), and has been since October 2020. His individual CRD number is 5159325. His prior broker-dealer registrations are inactive. THOR Financial Technologies is separately registered with the SEC (IAPD, firm CRD 310362) and is the investment advisor to three exchange-traded funds; THMR is sub-advised by Ai Alpha LLC. The record is public and is maintained by regulators at the Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site. Registration does not imply any level of skill or training.
